An advanced REALTOR® Leadership Program training for local association board members. The program will cover the duties and obligations of leadership, the importance of and how to advance a strategic plan, meeting management, handling difficult situations, and communications. Attendees will come away with a better understanding of leadership attributes and a checklist for success.

• Orientation for the Virginia Realtors Board of Directors, Chairs, and Vice Chairs, will begin with lunch at 11:00 a.m. on Monday 12/11 at the Virginia Realtors Office.

• Monday, December 11 - Virginia Crossings Hotel
  
• • 5:30 p.m. Reception/Dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Virginia Crossings Hotel.
    
• Tuesday, December 12 - Virginia Crossings Hotel
  
• • 7:30 a.m. -    The day begins with breakfast (in the dining room for those staying at the Hotel; in the Henrico Foyer for commuters)
    
  • 8:30 a.m. -    Leadership Summit Program. 
    
  • 12:00 p.m.  - Lunch
  • 1:00 p.m. -    Depart for Virginia Realtors office
    
  • 1:30 p.m. -    The Board of Directors meeting will be held downstairs in the classroom.
